Right of withdrawal

Information pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005. All remote purchases via telephone or correspondence, since they take place outside of commercial premises, are protected by Legislative Decree 206/2005, which provides the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by the consumer within 10 days from the date of receipt of the Product and consists in the possibility of returning the unused and intact Product to the supplier in place of a refund or exchange of goods of equal value. Customized Products CANNOT be refunded as they are ad hoc creations for the user.

Exclusions
The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons acting for purposes not related to their professional activity. Purchases made from retailers and companies are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to the following Product categories:​

  • products whose wrapping paper covering them has been opened 

  • tampered products

  • products returned without their original packaging

    ​

Method of exercising the right of withdrawal. The customer who has purchased Products can withdraw the purchase within 10 days of delivery of the goods. To be able to withdraw from the purchase, the Products must NOT have been freed from their protective paper, they must not be without their original packaging, damaged or tampered with. The customer who intends to withdraw from the purchase must communicate this via registered letter with return receipt. This communication must also contain the code(s) of the Product(s) or the name of the Product (as it appears on the website page) that you intend to return, as well as information on the reimbursement methods to be adopted (bank transfer, paypal, etc.) and the details necessary for payment. Everything must be sent or delivered to: Pubblimais – Returns Service – Strada della Pronda 135/9 – 10142 – Turin (Italy).

Any shipping costs for returning the material are the responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to inspect the integrity of the returned material before processing the refund. The refund includes the cost of the material ONLY. Shipping costs and additional costs such as packaging, cash on delivery, insurance, etc. are not included. Any refund transfer costs will be deducted from the refund itself. Once we have received the goods and verified their integrity, we will credit the customer with the cost of the returned Product(s) as soon as possible, retaining, as specified above, the amount of shipping costs which are at customer's charge.

Warranty and returns

The products purchased are guaranteed for 12 months only for manufacturing defects and NOT for accidental damage such as:

  • ​breakages caused by accidents or falls;

  • breakages caused by improper use;

  • tears;

  • natural degradation caused by time;

  • products with obvious signs of tampering;

  • breakages or malfunctions caused by transport;

  • installation of the product by third parties.

    When the returned material is found to be working, out of warranty or within the limitations, the customer will be charged for management and redelivery costs.
    In the event of obvious anomalies or discrepancies, the customer has the right to partial or complete replacement of the product by Pubblimais which, once the material has been received back, will evaluate any production defects present on the Product. If the Product is found to be non-compliant, the owner will also take care of the user's shipping costs. 

     

Personal data processing

Legislative Decree of 06/30/2003, n. 196; in the Official Gazette 07/29/03, Jan. series n. 174, Suppl. ord. n. 123/L in force since 01/01/2004, replaces Law no. 675/1996 and subsequent amending and supplementary provisions + art.7. The personal data necessary to complete the purchase with related invoicing are as follows:

  • Name and surname

  • Address

  • Tax Code (for Italy)

  • VAT number (for companies)

  • Email address

  • Telephone

Prohibited activities

You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Website or functions that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on the use of the Website or its content. You agree to:

  • not to limit or inhibit other users from using and enjoying the Services, including through hacking or deletion of any part of the Pubblimais site, the introduction of viruses, worms, Trojan horses, spyware or other codes, files or programs that are intended to damage or hijack the operation of any hardware, software or telecommunications equipment;

  • you will not post or transmit any advertisements, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities or schemes, other unsolicited commercial communications, or spam;

  • not impersonate any other person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any other person or entity;

  • not use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual system or automatic equipment to process or retrieve records and databases, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the presentation of the Services or any Pubblimais Content

  • not use any material in any way that infringes the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
